No item exists at ...... It may have been deleted or renamed by another user.

Symptom:
The Url in the mail triggered by the workflow, is giving an error, when user tries to access the same.
it use to give the following error
 

Cause:
I was using the saved template to create multiple list, and i had added multiple workflows on this list and did not republished my form, which did not publish some component to my workflows.
Resolution
 Republishing my Info path Form for the list, solved the issue.
